Awakening, Enlightenment - Why? (Click on image to read the text)
The only question and discussion one should have, is, why is enlightenment desired?
I have observed many erroneous discussions - from, does the grass move because of the wind or the grass, or, the mind. Tell me the relevance of such matters. Awakening is not for the purpose of thinking. Thinking is a trap that leads one away from being. Being more than who we are being, or beyond the gray matter between one’s ears should be ones’ purpose. There is no clique, nor circus’ to enjoy; just you facing you. While this sounds easy, it is not, for you the good must confront you; the bad and the ugly, everything you thought was real and true, just to find out you have played the fool. You must come to know you are lost if you are to ever be found.
Nightmares are to be had, for you will come to realize that you are the prisoner of your own devices, and your jailor. Once you face you and the world of lies you once thought to be truths, you will have gained the strength to be what you once would not. The truth you will face is accepting and overcoming all that you have done to feel worthy, and realizing it was for not. You will find in your nakedness that you were always worthy, and you never needed approval by anyone, but you.
You have been many things, none of which were you. What you would not know, is, you simply are. It has been you judging you. You have been the liar lying to yourself. You have falsely placed yourself in a pack of wolves, but you are not a wolf, nor are you a sheep. You are the precious, vast and wonderous shepherd of you. Infinite and eternal, you are, but until you lay down your shields and swords, the battle for you cannot be won. You must Be, without being, for everything or anything else is a lie. ~ I Am - Wisdom.
I'm trying, but it hard. I guess I'm still on my path.
