Normal
Choice, "normality," cannot be specified and forced upon us, unless we give away our power and freedom to choose. Click the image or link to continue reading.
What is normal compared to correct or right? Is it normal to wage war unending, or has that “normal” just become normal? Has it become okay to say part of the truth instead of just the truth? Has our normal become being right instead of kind? Is normal, your normal, or mine, or theirs?
What is normal?
Noun: the usual, average, or typical state or condition.
Adjective: conforming to a standard; usual, typical, or expected.
From the above definitions, and life lived, normal is transient. What is typical? Typical is what is usual, what we have adjusted to, now considered, "normal."
What was normal in math, freedom, or how we are to live, is now dictated differently. What was normal is currently defined by those who deem that what was normal is now not normal. Those we give authority to in our lives now dictate what our standard is now, at least in their delusions.
At one time, it was customary to look someone in the eyes, shake hands, thereby solidifying our binding agreements. Now, typical are lengthy contracts, small print, "limited" lifetime warranties. The normal now is wearing a facemask, having Thanksgiving, Christmas, church service, funerals, and weddings alone, or being a him or her, or an it.
I was asked today if I was real. Who am I? I have been in someone's life, letting them live their life, experience their joys, suffer their sufferings and learn from their fears while just loving them without imposition of my conditions, desires, or fears. Their question helped me realize how far from "normal" we are. In our pureness, our wonderful image of our creator, we merely love, we grace, and allow others to live their lives without judgment. In essence, we are that we are - being without having to be. However, we are so far from our normal, God's standard, that when what was normal arrives in our life, we look upon it or them with awe, or skepticism and distrust.
We have drifted so far from our north, the normal intended reality of the image of God, that we do not even recognize God's children. If Jesus were here right now, most would look at that soul with suspicious eyes. Many would see only another soul out for themselves, or would see nothing at all.
If the devil were here, we would give credit and life to all that we thought we were being given, or protected from. Most would revel in their immediate gratification, in what we wanted, and that which was provided to us.
We are so far from the actuality and truth of "normal" that we see it as foreign and wrong. If we are ever to know normal again, we must look beyond those telling us what our "new normal" is. We give ourselves away when we allow those clad in darkness to define and dictate what is now standard. Now, family, friends, society, and the world demands our new normal. Still, our lives are everything but rational and righteous, or normal.
What normal is, is you are the most beautiful soul ever imagined. You are precious and wondrous beyond description. We are everything beyond human concepts, definitions, or edicts. We are energy unending. We are the boundless image of God.
Our freedom, and salvation lives when we live free, and we are saved when we accept and live salvation. If I offer my hand to you when you have fallen, but you do not take it, I cannot help you. If we fall and deny or reject God's hand, God's truth, God cannot save us, nor can his Son, or any other who reaches in God's stead. Only when we take the hand of salvation can we save ourselves.
Look at what is unfolding in front of your eyes and ask yourself, does this seem normal? Do these demands made by experts and leaders seem normal? Lastly, normal is choice, and our God-given ability and right to determine our own Will. Choice, "normality," cannot be specified and forced upon us, unless we give away our power and freedom to choose.
It is time to choose you, the most unique and wondrous thought God ever had. It is time to ignore those trying to define you, as they have no power over you, but what you give them. May each of you come to know the pure essence of you, and courageously stand fast in that precious normal of God.
