Portraits of God - Undefined
"...we turn God into what comforts us, our likeness, not what is, nor that frees us from contrived definitions. It is we who paint God in our image." Click to read or listen to, Portraits of God.
If God is illusionary, it is from our portrayal of God in our image. It is not that we are not to speak God’s name, but that there is no name; not here, not that can be spoken with tongues or from tainted human perceptions. Here, we turn God into what comforts us, our likeness, not what is, nor that frees us from contrived definitions. It is we who paint God in our image. This is why life here is far from the life of God.
What we call God, is from personal experience, experienced by each of us when we are empty of everything else we unwittingly welcomed into our lives. The perversions of God, by man, are everywhere. If there is to be an introduction of God, maybe we should be quiet and watch the most innocent remind us of what God really is. We, the deceived, should not be the ones painting God in the images we have been taught, but the other way around. Want to see God, listen to, watch and play with children, for they are the essence we walked away from, and since created in our image. When children do anything outside of just their innocence, it is not God we see, but us. Know this, when we alter children from God into man, we are responsible for that abomination, and it is us who must atone for our blasphemy, not our children.
It is time to break generational perversions of God, children, and us. Now, is the time to acknowledge God’s tiny hands in our lives, and return to our undefined, uncensured essence. ~ I Am - Wisdom
Uncensored - A Quick Definition: “An uncensored version of something is one that has not been altered or restricted by those in authority.” It is we, who in our deluded authority, altered, relegated and restricted God to our image.
With Great Joy!
All seriousness aside, I know our journeys from who and what we've been, back to our precious image of God is difficult. I know.
