I have written about this subject, “Teachers” before, but I want to convey this perspective again. I have had many teachers throughout my life, as have you. What many will speak of, are the kind and understanding educators in their lives. However, and not to invalidate these souls, the best teachers are those, be they kind and benevolent, or those of malice in their intentions, are who plant seeds. When I say seeds, I am talking about those who do not convey what we want to hear, but seeds that challenge and even force us to consider larger points of view. Many times, if not most, they create the uncomfortable cognizant dissonance that one must, and will confront when one is willing to open themselves to perspectives they once would not consider. Sadly, this can be a long process, for most of us want what gives validity to our held beliefs, to us. While confirmation is needed from time to time, it is merely a respite from the fires of discontent we traverse during our growth.
Everyone wants strong muscles, but few are willing to exert the effort to gain them. Being willing to expand your consciousness, your beingness beyond mere human contrivings, takes you knowing you are God’s most beautiful, and the courage to stand naked with nothing but the conviction of the wonder of you.
As I mentioned, I have had many teachers, in fact, everyone has taught me something. Always, when I reflect, I have been shown me, the good, the bad or the ugly, and from that, I have become more than who I was. Two of the best teachers I have had, were my twin-flame and my son. Both brought tough lessens, and not what I expected, nor thought I wanted. It was I, who, in retrospect, in my allowing and confronting the discomfort of cognitive dissonance to run its course, that initiated true growth of me, the soul.
These two souls, along with others, forced me to face parts of myself that needed to change and grow. None of these soul-teachers were easy, and many times, appeared to be uncaring. I have learned that even in malice, I was presented with a beautiful gift, many times of letting go what comforted me, but that also prevented me from being more than who I was being.
I share this with you, so you too may recognize teachers in your life, who you may have seen as being nothing more than uncaring, evil people. In this world, this dimension, nothing arrives without its opposite. Just as one cannot go left when right doesn’t exist, nor up, if down does not exist - bad, too, cannot exist without its opposite, good. What we each must do, is pause, and discern if what just happened in our life was bad, or good, but wrapped in unpleasant packaging. Rarely, will easy teachers be more than a respite, which we also require from time to time.
Exercise and Rest = Balance & Growth.
Truly, I tell you, everything is a blessing, even when disguised in the fires we must face. When God entered my life with a touch on my shoulder, the most peaceful voice calling my name, and wisdoms that came from nowhere but everywhere, my life changed. One way it changed is, I began to realize that nothing comes into our lives, without God. Evil cannot exist without its opposite. It is not always easy to recognize, but God is in every aspect of our lives. Be patient and open, for God, Is. ~ I Am - Wisdom
Lastly, and before you get to the gifts below,
I give this meme and a few more words. I hope they help.
The war waged within, wages within all of us, labels and status be damned. Those who grow from the battle within, become more than who they were. Those who do not confront their own demons, they blame others and in their trying to be worthy by pushing others down, die a long hard soul death. These wars within, are from our unwillingness to release what is not of our essence. Those battles will be revisited over and over until we let go our stubbornness.
We each are here to bring ourselves to the image in which we were created. In that journey, the higher we ascend, the higher our vibrations will be, which draws in like souls and repels who do not resonate with our beingness. Until then, we are all presented with those who show us our weakness, our own sins. When it comes to those labelled as narcissists, we must see them as a gift, for they do show us our own weaknesses. When we begin to see our responsibility in matters, we remove ourselves from that teacher, or they remove themselves. Yes, love our hardest teachers, but it is us who determines how long our lessons last, either through one experience or many. It is our stubborn willfulness that determines how long we suffer, and how many times we revisit our teachers.
If one is being harmed, leave the situation and take with you only what you have learned. Leave the pain with the pain-maker, as they too must learn to give up what they believe helps them.
Thoughts and prayers to each of you, beautiful souls. ~ Mark

Closed Doors
As with many of my conveyances, this writing, “Closed Doors,” is based on conversations I have had with others. Three separate discussions inspired this particular writing, but with one thing in common, cognitive dissonance - Not just other people’s cognitive dissonance, but with a touch of mine thrown in for good measure.
