As of late (February 4, 2019), I have been listening to and taking in many views of human evolution from many people. While I think it is wonderful that our conversation is more about becoming than the small talk of food, politics, religion, sports or war, I see a potentially fatal flaw in this evolving conversation. That flaw is, wrong direction.
Over and over again, I see a trend to solve our woes with man-made ideas and implements. While these technological inventions can take us from our archaic present into a technological future, it is the wrong solution, a hopeful, but misguided idea for the soul of man. Yes, these techne (Ï„Îχνη) solutions can bring us a better humanity, but in that lies our problem. We are not human. We are cognizant energy - we are soul. I know many will argue this point, say that I am stuck in old thinking and from the perspective of shiny new innovations and new age thinking, maybe I am. But really, am I?
When we look at all that is happening right now, the revolutionary thinking past the physicalities of man, we see a hope and light that we have not seen in a very long time. This hope, and this light is from and of the most beautiful part of our existence, the connection to, and with our divine. This is a spectacular time and many are feeling this higher vibration, and when we are not suffering through our birthing pangs, we are giddy with excitement. This is a beautiful time, but it too, is a perilous time. You may ask the question, how can a time filled with the hope of a bright and beautiful future be dangerous? I hope you are asking this question, for it is the right question, the question that should call for pause to ask our inner selves and the universe, God, for guidance and wisdom.
Like children, we are filled with excitement about our coming gift of play, and in our excitement, we want to run as fast as we can to the promise of happiness and joy. While this desire and expectation feels right, we must pause. We must pause, because, yet again, the world tells us of this solution to our cyclic woes, but yet again, we are listening to perspectives seen from the eyes of those causing and exacerbating our ups, and our inevitable downs in the first place.
Yes, we are growing. Yes, we are thinking beyond poverty and war, but again, we are placing yet another man-made bandage upon the wounds of man. While more technology apparently solves problems, new problems arise, which call for more technology or another metaphysical approach to see beyond our self-created problems. Like voting for yet another leader to resolve the deeds done by the former, we chase a dream that cannot be caught. These dreams like our problems cannot be caught because we chase them with and from the same entities who created them. Maybe you or I did not create them, but in a way we did, or we will. Because we can learn from our mistakes, we continuously search for and craft new solutions to solve the problems of past solutions. While this most certainly feeds ego and abates our current problems, inevitably we build in flaws that too will someday need to be solved. Now, while this keeps us busy, productivity is only an illusion, for only when we grow beyond the cyclic, will our productivity be actual.
Our solution is the looking beyond the physicalities of man, to the soul-utions of the spirit. You see, there is more than cars, phones, televisions, spaceships, and the questions we ask. When we seek solutions from within, the answers we receive are from a higher perspective than from the rungs of our worldly past.
If anything, we must come to see that beyond a futuristic human existence, is an existence of everything beyond human. I know we cannot see this new futuristic us with eyes of flesh, but we can when we seek from beyond the shortsightedness of man and look, listen and feel for, and from the wisdom that is God. NO, I am not talking about some old white-haired Omnipotent Being, but from what God really is; all perspectives and all wisdoms, and without dimensional form, time or space. Our next step is not into some new technology or some new-aged healing process for sale, but simply within and all around us. Beyond some new gadget, or some book or speaker who promises solutions to our woes for a price, there lies answers within ourselves. Yes, you are a higher perspective, higher because only you can see, believe, understand, know and become everything you have always been, which is far beyond some new toy or solution crafted for money. In our physical world, tools can help, but they are only tools, not us.
When listening to another or others who say they are the way, who speak of themselves as the answer, ask yourself, “Are THEY my answer or, AM I? Our problems cannot be fixed by money or things, nor the opinions, demands or edicts of others. Only when we seek and find our answers from within, from source, will we ever free ourselves from the never-ending illusions of man. Our answer does not, nor has it ever lived within the boundaries of man, but within the infinite expanse of our true and only next step - living the essence of us.
If we are to evolve, let us evolve past the triflings of man, and into who and what we have always been, the soul and spirit of our eternity, into God. You are the answer to your questions. Look and ye shall find, and ye shall know and ye shall be. When you find your answer, you will need to search no more, for you will know, I Am. ~ I Am - Wisdom
Addendums (04 February 2025)
The following is one of the reasons why technology is not our answer. Know this, when science finds an answer, it too finds a problem, sometimes, potentially more dire than the original question or problem. There is a difference between knowing, and calculating and solving - the previous, being a livingness, the later being a doingness. In the soul of things, there is a maturity that comes with wisdom, that the young and arrogant have yet to achieve.
A.I. - Forsaking Our Essence
We, as babes, reach for new toys, but this toy, A.I., will replace our innate knowingness, the whisper we already discount and ignore. Though a computer can calculate, maybe faster than a human brain, it is in wisdom, when gained and allowed, that we are more than artificial intelligence.
