Emancipate

As you may know, I sometimes convey perspective when I hear or see something that is askew, incomplete or incorrect. Such is the case with this writing. The reason I am responding to this video clip, is that it is incomplete and a tad misleading. Some of you will agree with the video, some may not. Some will not agree with me, some may. We have been taught how growth occurs, but is growth really growth when it limits. I get it, we all must crawl before we walk, and reading is our crawling. Yes, we most definitely can garner perspective from reading other’s points of view. We can be whisked away in adventure, we can learn to do something, and we can be manipulated.
Heck, you’re reading what I wrote, so reading is not a bad thing, albeit, it is incomplete and laborious - crawling, if you will. First, I will share the short video and comment below. Following that, I will share my thoughts, another’s commentary, and my response. What I hope for you, in all of this, is that you come to know that limitations, be they written, induced, crafted or demanded, limits . Finite is finite. Infinincy is infinite. Start considering that limitations are slithered into our lives more than we acknowledge or realize, and as long as we believe limiting speak, we are confined to the edicts and whims of others, even when they say what we want to hear. Know this, you are limited because you limit. You limit because you have been taught over time to see and think within devised confines. If we are to emancipate ourselves, let us step beyond our boxes of safe, conforming familiarity.

Unfortunately, thinking and knowing are different. One, thinking requires effort, labor. Knowingness, is merely an allowance and trust in what one knows. If there is a doingness, it would be a catching one's self in old trained habits, and perhaps, repetitively acting upon our gut instinct, our innate knowingness. If we are to read, let us do it not to learn, but when needed, to validate our knowingness. As one progresses, one will realize reading is not only slow, but unneeded. We are so far from the livingness of us, our divine essence, that we do, instead of Be.
Reading, like crawling can be a good and necessary step, but it is only a step, not a place to live. Before something is written, before even our thought of it, the concept, the idea, the existence, exists. Knowingness is the tapping into the neural network that ties all things together, the force, if you will, as was conveyed in Star Wars. One needs not be a Jedi to exist with and live the existence of everything. One just needs to be empty, and willing. When one dances with the chaos of everything, one will realize control is not required, just a oneness in the moment of everything. What is truly amazing, is the simplicity of just Being. The more one lets go of the ties that bind them, the easier it is just to exist as everything all at once. It is we who complicate matters in our computations, our thinking, and our doing, instead of Being.

Truly, we are vastly more than our portrayal in this dimension.
Sadly, this video I commented on, falls short in its reach. Reading is a very slow method of acquiring knowledge, not just because it can be and is tainted by other people's misunderstandings, language, societal confinements, but more so, due to being limited by human concepts, definitions and words. And, knowingness requires no doingness. Doingness, is a lie perpetuated by those deluded by egoic self-mastery, and a need to feed themselves via the control of others.
As far as the use of substances such as DMT, my satori needed nothing so confined. I know those who experienced DMT, LSD, etc., are sold on their usage, but all that you mentioned is possible organically. For many, something chemical may be required to see beyond our vail of life, but many organic aspects or events bring about the same results. My “I Am” moment came to be through trauma and nearly three years of self-sequestration and fasting. When I was empty, the void which had been me, was quite literally filled with everything. Many believe they will know everything when they step into Godhood, but knowingness is vastly more simple, and less arduous than thinkingness. Living God, is more expansive than most are willing to allow or comprehend. Infinity can not be calculated or subjugated via finite definitions or experiential labels. Quite literally, God is the road that goes on forever and the party that never ends.
Each of us will take the path, what is needed for us to arrive back at our essence. I'm glad your way appears to work for you, as only it can.

If reading works, read. If watching works, watch. If hard-knocks works, keep on a knocking. But, if simply knowing what needs to be known in the moment works, Know.
