Wu-Wei (Don't Force)

From the time of my event, my satori, I have known and lived what I previously had not. I too have conveyed my revelations when I had them, as I always do. Before this satori, this awakening, I never listened to or read conveyances from those before me. I just lived in the race of rats, maybe, like you. I, like most, was busied in all that I thought I wanted, in preparing for someday, in gathering all the trinkets I believed I needed.

How I lived, is so funny now. I never lived. I just did. You see, doing is not living. Living, is merely, Being, as the grass lives as it waives in the breeze. Life is the joy of dancing in the wind, not resisting the music, the wind.

What I now know, is, Being without Being, without the desire, effort or expectation of Being. I exist, and in my existing, I Am.

This is what many have conveyed, even God, to Moses - “I Am that I Am.”

Nothing else is needed. Everything else is garbage we carry around, chains that bind us, hence we busy around trying to live, but never living. We think we are living, for we are sold and told that we are, and, sadly, we believe those marketed and edictal lies. Then, we are confined by the boxed-in belief that we live. Life, is not defined, nor does it confine from conceptual or corporeal definitions. The moment we realize that human definitions dictate our livingness, then we are ready to live, to Be.

Now, back to the point of this writing. Since my realization that I was “living” within boxes defined by others, the world, I now listen to others who too realized this about themselves. I am glad I did the work on my own, endured the fires of awakening before someone else said there is more. In essence, I baked my wonderful cake, and now, the icing is the affirmation from those chefs and bakers before me. So, now I check out the recipes by pioneers who found their own way to the delightfulness of themselves.

Lastly, I want to share this video with you, which I heard for the first time, today. It is by, Alan Watts, and it is called, “Don't Force Anything.”
